PAYMENT
I currently take payment for ready made orders via PayPal and Stripe. Due to the personalisation of custom artworks, these must be paid in full before I commence your order. If ever I determine the need for a full or partial refund this will be made via the same merchant that payment was made . All orders are charged in Australian Dollars.

POSTAGE AND DELIVERY
Delivery is made using Australia Post and I provide free standard shipping on all products posted to an Australian address. Delivery options on the website are currently only listed for Australia however if needed, please contact me for a quote for international delivery. At checkout you will also have the opportunity to upgrade to Express Post for a small additional cost.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
As a handmade business, I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If there is a fault or problem with your order please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the order and I will endeavour to work with you to rectify the problem.

COPYRIGHT
All copyright of original and printed artwork remains the exclusive property of the artist - Anna Silvester. You may not at any time reproduce or make copies of artworks unless permission is given by the artist. Artworks may also not be used in promotions without permission.

PRIVACY NOTICE
bettybluebelle provides customers with art based products to enjoy. Your privacy and security is important to us and this notice will outline what data is collected and what is done with it. If you are a visitor to our website you will be offered various items to purchase as well as a free download on subscription to our mailing list. When purchasing you will be asked to provide your email address and agree to receive ongoing (relevant) communications. If you do not grant the requested consent, accessing the special offers, including free downloads, may not be possible.

Your data will be processed in one or more of the following ways: 1. Added to bettybluebelle email subscription list via Mailchimp who themselves adhere to privacy laws with strong security. 2. Payment securely processed by Paypal and Stripe Payments, who themselves adhere to privacy laws with strong security. At no time are credit card details processed by bettybluebelle itself, nor are they stored on the bettybluebelle or bigcartel host server.

Automated unsubscribe: At the bottom of every email sent by bettybluebelle, you will see an ‘unsubscribe’ link. This instantly stops all automated communications to you from us.

Right to be forgotten: You have the right to request ALL your data is stripped of personal identifiers. As a general subscriber, this means you’d be deleted from the list. If you’ve bought a product, your private data will be replaced with generic, non-identifying numbers (such as ‘buyer 24’)

Acceptance of these conditions: We have the right to assume all visitors to our website have carefully read this notice and agree to its terms. If you do not agree with this policy, you should refrain from using our website or offers. We have the right to update our privacy notice as necessary.

Sharing of personal information: At no time other than for processing payments will your data be shared with third parties.

Our legal obligation to disclose personal information: We will reveal a visitor’s personal information without their permission only when we are required to by law.
